How Spiritual Leadership Influences Creative Behaviors: the Mediating Role of Workplace Climate

Purpose: The aim of this study is to examine the relationship between spiritual leadership and creative behavior with workplace climate as mediating variable in Jordanian banking. Theoretical framework: purpose study, which extends theories intrinsic motivation social exchange, acquire a deeper knowledge mechanisms underlying innovative behavior. Design/methodology/approach: used quantitative research approach through survey based on random sampling method from (n= 358) employees 13 commercial banks Amman. For purposes analysis, structural equation modeling was then utilized for examination hypotheses. Findings: results indicated that mediates link Specifically, greater levels among were related leadership, favorable working environment. Research, Practical & Social implications: offers managerial theoretical implications while considering study’s limitations provide guidance future. Originality/value: identifies magnificent influence by delineating how these factors stimulate behaviors employees. focuses We consequences findings both practice.
